twitter marketing script

i need the following twitter application:

php installed to run on my server

need to run unlimited twitter accounts

can schedule tweets for later date or same day

able to check mentions for each twitter account and reply or retweet to messages or mentions

remove people not following me automatically after 2 3 or 4 days

auto follow people based on keyword search location search or zip code search and bio search

need to be able to identify a keyword and automatically sent a reply

need to be able to create up to 5 auto replies to respond to keyword search

need to have control panel in order to control new accounts

need to report each click and keyword found

script needs to have same functions as twithawkdotcom

only if you have build the same script already apply for this project

need to show proof that you have experience working on this type of script

and need to work fast

i prefer to get a script already build

the lowest bid wins, and only will choose bid after testing the script properly to make sure its what i want
