Customise Shopify Site Adding Data from MySQL Database

We currently have a basic Shopify site selling only a small number of products.
We need someone with a good understanding of Shopify to make a number of adjustments.
(Note: I am using examples below to hide the exact nature of our business to protect our ideas and intellectual properties.)
Firstly, shopify does not allow us to correctly track our orders and customers it is simply too limiting. I have built a MySQL database which contains all of the data we need to store. The only problem is we need to display some of the information from the MySQL database to my shopify customers. For example; if a customer has purchased 3 x Gold and 2 x Silver Hosting packages. I need a system which will look at the MySQL database, retrieve their details and do calculations to work out exactly how much the customer has purchased with additional details such as space left, total paid, as well as which servers they have hosting on. I also need to display current server statistics and statuses.
All of the data needed will be supplied to the MySQL database. I need someone with the skills to work out how to authenticate a shopify customer so it retrieves the correct data from the MySQL and then displaying this data within our shopify site. A number of simple calculations will also need to be performed on this data before it is displayed to the customer.
I hope to build a lasting relationship with a skilled developer(s) and would certainly have more work for them to help build our online business.
