Duplicate MYSQL Database

hi,

We need our existing MYSQL Database search form duplicated for our two other websites.

You can see our existing MYSQL Database search form works at the website link below:

What needs to be done:

1) Duplicate and create a separate new MYSQL Database for our Interiors Website

2) Duplicate and create a separate new MYSQL Database for our Music Website

3) Duplicate and insert the Search Form feature into our PHP 'Interiors' and PHP 'Music' websites, on the same row as the menu options, like shown at the example link below:

4) 'Search Results Page' for each website

A php webpage to display the results of search form submit for each website.

We will supply the winning bidder with our website files, to incorporate the search form into each website.

We will also supply the winning bidder with admin control panel details to our server, to duplicate and create the two new MYSQL Databases required for our websites.

The winning bidder will need to upload and implement the finished search forms and results page designs and files into our server, which we will supply the winning bidder FTP details for.

Our budget for this project is $30-$50, so please do not go putting in high bids.

ALL project source and design files are to be delivered to us aswell.

Payment will be done upon full satisfactory completion of the project.
