I need a coder who can resolve the following errors asap:

1. accent codes: The form on my website does not inject accent codes correctly (spanish accent codes), they are being saved into the db in a weird form.

2. My system uses some kind of password encryption. The password entered into the form is not being injected encrypted and can therefore not be used for login purposes. This needs to be fixed, too.
