Joomla Template (psd to joomla template)

Hello Bidders,

since i had some negative experiences with another user who did not even thought of finishing the already payed project...i want to repost a part of the last project.

Project is about making a joomla template out of a ready PSD file.

This is the Design:

The template should be completely dynamically editable, i.e. dynamic navigation, editable teaser boxes and images ...

Keep in mind that it should be a real dynamic template. I can do a static template on my own with ease...

Another thing is that i wont place any payment BEFORE you finish the project and sent me the related files since if dont want to loose any single dollar because of unprofessional providers.

If this project is succesfull the service provider will be offered a virtuemart integration exclusively.
