Ongoing Wordpress modifications and limited development

I am looking for an individual for long term weekly projects. These projects would generally consist of making minor functional and visual changes to Wordpress and Wordpress plugins.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with reading through PHP code and make necessary changes. Prior Wordpress experience will make this easier. Experience with CSS will be needed for styling modifications.
To make selecting a candidate easier, please include your total time estimate (in the form of hours) with your proposal for the following Wordpress modifications.
-Removing specific fields from Wordpress profile page ([login to view URL])
-Changing labels of fields (post title, excerpt, etct) in admin panel for posts
