Integrate FedEx API to Quickbase API

We need to create an integration between FedEx and Quickbase ([url removed, login to view]). We store orders in Quickbase, including FedEx tracking numbers. I would like Quickbase to import FedEx ship date and delivery date for each order from FedEx.com.

Ideally this happens automatically, immediately without user intervention, e.g.:

- FedEx sends a notification to Quickbase when a shipment is initiated and Quickbase captures ship date

- FedEx sends a notification to Quickbase when a shipment is delivered and Quickbase captures delivery date

Second best option is this happens automatically, regularly without user intervention, e.g.:

- Once per hour, Quickbase sends all tracking numbers that have no ship date and gets back ship date from FedEx and inserts the delivery date in the relevant Quickbase field

- Once per hour, Quickbase sends all tracking numbers that have no delivery date and gets back delivery date from FedEx

Third best option is this happens manually with some Quickbase user action, e.g.:

- Quickbase user clicks a button and Quickbase sends all tracking numbers that have no ship date/delivery and gets back ship date/delivery from FedEx and inserts the delivery date in the relevant Quickbase field
