We have a bulk sms app powered by kannel. We want freelancer to help add DND feature that will enable app filter out numbers that are on DND list so that sms are not sent to them nor charged. We want app to show analysis of numbers that are added and numbers that have been removed. We should be able to add and delete number and also upload numbers via file. App should display dialogue box to users who have uploaded numbers on DND list promting that their numbers are on the list
