Adding functionality to existing wordpress/woocommerece website

I need to add some functionallity to my woocomerece shop that puts price addons on to products based on category(checkboxes that change the price). Also theres needs to be options that users can choose weather or not they was CUSTOM measurements.
IF this IS selected the user will have to enter their measurements and can save their different measurements to their account. *Some product categories will not have the custom measurements option*.
Users with an account should be able to manager their measurements (add, edit, delete) on their account page.
ADMIN should be able to view the customers measurements when they receive the order.
Ive added images to show what i want done. Images 1-4 show what should be put on the product page images 5-9 shows what should be on the user account page and also shows the "adding measurement" process.
images 10-13 shows what happens after the custom measurement option is selected. and how it will look in the users cart

I need someone who can get things done quickly but also properly. I have a web design business and this can lead to future work together thanks!!
