Build a online system to auto check the email via POP3

I need a online system to auto check the email. The email and password will enter by user and check via POP3. The functions listed below:

- need a login panel. (superadmin, user, default guest with default password)

- after login, the user will be able to insert the email & password. and then the system will check the email via POP3. (all email will use the same POP3.

- the system will auto-check the email every 30 seconds, and the user is also able to manual check.

- if the visitor login as guest, all inserted email will only be saved for the current session. If the visitor closes the system, then all saved email will be deleted. (Each guest login by different visitor has their own session, so they can only check their own inserted email only)

- the user was created by superadmin. and the user account will save all added email.

- the user able to insert multi email by this format (email:password)

- the user able to delete / multi-delete the added email.

- the superadmin able to view / edit / delete / multi-delete the email which is in system now.

- the system must be developed within 24 hours.
