Complete My Hybrid Mobile Application In Cordova

Urgent Project: Working with a strict rapid dead-line, project is to be completed within 7-10 days maximum. With this project, I have the already completed PHP and HTML files but the mobile application is incomplete. I am in need of a free lancer who is able to work with Apache Cordova to convert these files to properly complete this project. Please see the following features of the first version of this mobile application:
1) Geolocation capability of users
2) SMS communication with users
3) Making reservations for tours and activities through the mobile application
If you are able to assist me with completing the first version of this project, there are several other projects and features to follow this one. To be qualified on this project:
MUST be able to work with APIs, expedia, trip advisor and others in the future
