Create a Proxy Server on win XP

We need someone to setup a Proxy Server on a windows XP machine that is in our office.

This needs to give people outside the office the access to use out internet connection and IP address.

It will need to be compatible with Firefox plugin Foxy Proxy (as that's what our team use) .

We need to be able to give our team a user name, password, address to put into Foxy Proxy.

NOTE: Our office have a dynamic IP that changes every week, therefore you will need to setup an account with the likes of NO-IP that will update the dynamic IP to a domain every 30 minutes.

ADDITIONAL: we are fully aware that the above is possible, however we would like to keep a log of what our outside users do/view, maybe even just a log of sites they visit. If you can provide this then please let us know if your bid.

To complete this task we will give you access to the Win XP machine via teamviewer.
