Customise Wordpress 'Recurring Payments' Extension (By Easy Digital Downloads)

BRIEF:
I'm using the Checkout WP Theme and sell digital downloads via Easy Digital Downloads. Currently, users can purchase the digital downloads individually.
I will now be changing this to a subscription based model. So, in order for a user to download a digital product, they need to purchase a monthly subscription.
Subscriptions will be billed monthly and the number of products that can be downloaded each month will be capped. I will have 2 subscriptions:
• Subscription #1 – $10 per month, 1 download per month
• Subscription #2 – $20 per month, 2 downloads per month
WHAT I NEED:
I will be installing the 'Recurring Payments' extension by Easy Digital Downloads to handle the memberships. The problem is, this extension doesn't support what I need.
The Recurring Payments extension currently gives users access to all digital downloads once they purchase a subscription.
I need a developer to customise the Recurring Payments extension so that the number of downloads are capped each month. This is to avoid users from being able to download every digital download in my store.
So, if a user purchases Subscription #1, they will be able to download only 1 digital download every month. If they purchase Subscription #2, they will be able to download 2 digital downloads every month.
