Develop Wordpress Theme - Template

Hello,
I would need a programer/designer who develops a working bug-free wordpress theme.
The theme should be compatible with visual composer by wp-bakery and other common plugins.
In a first step I would need the basic design put into a theme-file.
This contains a basic website grid with the following components:
- header with two logos
- full screen texture background
- menu on the left site (submenu should open if you click and close when you switch the main category)
- responsive menu with mobile header
- content area
- footer
The theme should be programmed/designed that the design can be changed quickly via CSS. Very important is also responsive design. Attached you can find once a desktop and once a mobile preview.
This job needs to be done by the end of the week.
If I'm satisfied with your work also a long-term cooperation in other projects is possible.
