Joomla Home page customization

. i just installed the template on AWS and need someone to make all the changes including ( main menu, sub-menus, inner pages and order the sections on pages) , everything is easy and clear and i have a clear requirement document . i want to use the same template to make another 2 website (sub-domains) with different data base and will export the three to upload it on a server and they will be connected later on the same domain .. i explained it in the attached document) i want the website to be divided to 3 different layout (customer, agent and corporate) each one have a specific layout...

must write ready right now if you read project details before bid and bid amount will not increase
