I am looking for an experienced developer to create an online platform that allows video editors to request tutorials on specific effects. The platform should enable users, once logged in, to post requests for video tutorials in their language. Each request will have a fixed price that the user must pay when they publish their ad. Any user can then accept the offer and must provide the video tutorial of the requested effect/transition within 3 days.
Key Features:
Creation form including title, upload of the requested video, description of the request, and verification before payment.
Integrated payment system for users to pay the fixed cost of the request before publishing the ad.
Library listing all tutorials already completed with their fixed cost.
Page dedicated to each video tutorial displaying the video player, a rating system, and the author of the tutorial.
Video tutorial request page including a secure payment system.
Contact page for any questions or queries.
Terms and Conditions (T&C) and Sales (T&S) pages to regulate transactions on the platform.
User profile page displaying purchased and completed tutorials.
Page to request payment of earnings generated from tutorial sales.
Page for tracking ongoing projects for users and tutorial creators.
Technical Requirements:
Experience in developing web platforms with integrated payment features.
Knowledge of web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.
Ability to create a user-friendly and responsive interface.
Familiarity with streaming video content management.
Competence in designing databases to store and manage user and tutorial information.
