Android & iOS App for a Web Based POS System

We have a web based point of sales system for taking orders in the restaurant, print and checkout.
Currently we do not process payment using the web pos. We are looking for an android developer to build a client app for this pos. Main features of the POS are blow and will be required in Android & iOS app as well.
1. Dining Area Seating Layout.
2. Customer lookup for the takeout orders. If customer does not exist, create one. (just 3 fields).
3. Scrollable Categories of the product.
4. Adding product to the cart
5. Sending order to print in Kitchen using STAR printer SDK.
6. Checkout, print check
7. Apply discount, gift certificate or coupon
8. checkout using Cash, Credit Card or both PHP Web services will be provided to the developer for getting data. Some of the calculation etc will be done with in the android & iOS app.
