build an api driven music course website and its mobile applications include use of microphone

we want to build a api driven music course mobile applications (or website, open to suggestions).

app should contains lessons and end of the each lesson should contain exercises. exercises should contains note identifications, voice frequency identification and variations of that (when app give reference note student must responce the wanted note with their voice.

Example 1: App play A-note/440hz with piano sound, and want to student A#-note/466hz. students respond with their voice and microphone. the application defines frequency of the note. and say its right or wrong (Wanted note has 466hz, but app define as true, which If the freqency between 20 cent low and 20 cent high)

Example 2: App play A-note/440hz with piano sound, and want to students responce with wanted notes like a melody has 10 different notes. İs that possible

Example 3:, app gives a rhythmic example which is image like . students respond with their microphone with a sound which no matter frequency. Just knock sounds. The important think is time in beetwen 2
