Build me a NEW website to replace OLD.
I need a new updated website built. I need someone who is expert in html5 and PHP. Who knows how to create a website that customers can log into and update their own business details, information, add images (these images can have blurring done automated online during process)
The site needs to have a fair bit of automation happen so from a customers profile, their twitter account can be maintained.
Need 2 internal forums inside the website for clients & clients client.
Need location accessibility to direct to certain parts of the page depending on their location.
Need the profiles to be able to SMS to their profile to activate information relevant to them.
Its an advertising platform, so customers will need to register with details and pay through the website, and also pay at anytime separate from an automated monthly invoice, other options to get extra exposure in different areas, premium, platinum etc.
We currently have a site that is now 10 years old and not so automated, so need to upgrade. I want someone who can focus totally on this, need it as quick as possible. I know quite a bit about the IT arena, so want to make sure you know what your talking about and not just saying you do to get the job.
Please reply with rough time quote it would need to get done. What experience in these type of sites you have had before. Also if you are working on any jobs at the moment that can hold you up and how many.
What cost it would be and why. I am interested in that you answer all my questions, if you don;t I wont go any further with you. I need to know I choose someone who listens, understands and follows any instructions re the site. I have already wasted a lot of time with yes sir, no sir people trying to do stuff as they go along and drags out the time. Please be very sure you know your stuff. This is very important to create speed of implementation.
