I need an experienced programmer who can create and integrate Document Builder in my existing PHP/Javascript/Laravel website.

User should be able to send and share the document by way of using unique, expiring web link with others.

The document builder should have the ability of creating form fields like radio, checkbox, drop-down,page break, page numbering, table of contents, inserting image, video, links and change text style, font, font size, color etc. User should be able to download the document as fillable PDF. User should be able to collect s I g n a t ure and p a y m ent through PayPal using the document he creates.
