Customized magic lantern app

When the camera is connected directly to the desktop by a USB cable, not all the functions on the camera work (ex: timer)

1-I want the software to be able to make the camera acts normally and at the same time connected to the desktop.

2-I can select from the camera which photos to be sent to the computer

3-I want to have the ability to create duplicates of the same photo
