Drupal - CSS not loading properly using HTTPS

We have a site that is forced HTTPS using .htaccess. However when using HTTPS version of URL, some of the page styling is broken.

The most obvious effect of this is the header logo. It is not resizing properly - appearing too large.
We need someone to track down the issue and suggest appropriate resolution.
