Final Changes to Website

We have moved a website from Joomla to Wordpress and the client now has final changes they want to make. Its about 5-8 small cosmetic things which will only take an hour, but there is one slightly bigger job.
The website is for a church which publishes weekly sermon content as mp3 files. Since the site was migrated, they have added more files to the old Joomla site - possibly about 40-50 more of them. We need to have the Wordpress site updated to include all the latest mp3 files and content.
This could be done by copying out of phpmyadmin or something, or manually moving across. Either way it could take a few hours to do. The website details are in the attached .txt file and the logins will be provided to the successful bidder.
The clients final changes are in the attached file. It also references some other files, (photos etc) which will be attached later for the winning bidder.
The budget for this task is $45.
