Fix HTML Site Issues

Contact me for the site to see it. Site has around 18 html files, 3 main css files and various javascripts for tooltips, image blow ups, etc. We are looking for a very experienced web developer who has the knowledge to help us finish cleaning up our site and offer insight on how our site looks now.
We recently hired a coder on here that went non responsive after he completed the transition of our site to a bootstrap design so it would be fully responsive. That’s 100% complete now but we have a few very small issues needing to be fixed to have it match our working design.
- Fix our news feed on our home page, it’s some php issue I think.
- Fix remaining small issues with site that consist of styling, format, etc.
- We have a lot of redundant JS scripts and CSS files for our site, please analyze them and determine what is not needed. I have a concern that some of the tooltips, transitional effects, image pop ups are using multiple scripts since this site was coded originally by different people.
