Frontend Customised Development on Wordpress Theme & making site mobile responsive --2 -- 4

I require custom frontend development for a wordpress website. The theme that I am using is this: [login to view URL]

Currently the design that I am looking at requires to edit the frontend design of the Kallyas theme. Freelancer should have a very good eye for design as most of the development work require is to tweak the existing theme to fit the UI.

I need the freelancer to:

- Assist me in changing the frontend design of the existing theme

- After the desktop website version is completed, to make the website responsive (as the theme is mobile responsive already, but because of the customised frontend work on top of it, the freelancer need to be able to make the site responsive after the customised work is done.)

- Be familiar with WP Hotel Booking plugin and Event Ticketing plugin

- Develop other sub-pages with your own eye for design, and according to the theme.

- Be very skilled in HTML, CSS & Javascript, and especially very familiar with Wordpress. I would need a HTML version of one portion of the site.
