I need an app like the mockups attached that can allow an user to login (or register an account), choose the level of language (preA1, A1, A2), then he can choose the topic category and answer to 10 questions each category (the questions are 3 types like the mockups). Every question has a limited time to be answered, like 10 seconds, and if the user does not answer before goes ahead to the next question and take 0 point to the unanswered one. At the end of the 10 questions if the user has answered well at least 6/10 questions the category will get closed and successful passed otherwise he can try other 2 times more in the same category with different questions.
The app should work on iOS and android platforms and we accept also hybrid app so made with ionic framework or similar.
Then the administrator has to manage the app contents through a wordpress site backend area (plugin) and he has able to add, edit ore delete categories and questions. He has to be able to manage the users, see which ones have passed the test succefully (to pass the test a user has to pass a prefixed number of categories) and what questions they answered well and not.
In order to give 3 attempts to the user each category the administrator has to add at least 30 questions to the category before the category can be shown to the app.
Each question can be of three type so for this please have look the mockup for a better understanding.
