Load my HTML Modal Signup on my website

Hey Guys,
I have built myself a HTML Modal Window that we want to use for users to sign up for our mailing list. We didnt want the use of plugins and things so i found a great script on CodePen and modified it to my needs. I now need to load it onto our actual website so that it opens up when users land on the website.
I'm not sure how best to do this so thought i'd just stick it on here.
This is the modal window I have built: [login to view URL] - as you can see, it opens up fine on that page.
We want that window to load automatically as a popup when users land on [login to view URL]
This isn't a big job. Any experienced developer should be able to do this in minutes, therefore I'll award any freelancer one hour in total to complete this. I'm happy to implement your code myself. Just give me the code that loads the window, I will install. If it works, you get paid. :-)

If you want to pop-up a modal like that... In my opinion it will be disturbing for user, but... you pay, so... whatever. (jeje). I would use Jquery for security reasons.. if you don't want to use jquery, I would use 更多
