Perl script - ClipShare Uploading Issue and other minor adjustments

I have a ClipShare website that is currently experiencing an issue with the video uploading. I was told that it could be due to PERL not being properly installed, so I may need that re-installed. When the user goes to upload the video he sees this error: "ERROR: Failed to find flength file. This happens on Step 2 of the uploading. I also need a few other adjustments to be fixed. In the upload section Step 1, there is an input field that needs to be moved to the left to match the other sections. On the home page we currently have one video that refused to be removed and should be taken off. On the Video Details display page there are a feew input fields that aren't displaying properly. I also need to have a facebook share button added to the media share section. My budget for this is $25-$40
