PHP Expert - Updating Website & Customization -- 3

I am looking for an expert in PHP that will help me update/modify/customize my website. My website is digireserve.com. its an online cloud storage website. Here are a few things I need updating and modified:
1. FAQ Page - I have PHP scripts for the FAQ to be installed and added to the menu.
2. User List - I need the ability to view the list of users by filtering categories such as location, age, etc.
3. Registration - I need more fields added to the registration page. Currently only email and password is there. I need home address, phone, and age included and required. Either this can be done on the registration page, or you can add it to their profile page, but make it required before the account can be activated.
4. Mobile View - When using a mobile device, the login and register buttons are a bit off in location and it doesn't look good. This alignment needs changing to make the mobile view look better. I included a screenshot of this as well.
5. Email Templates - I need my Logo to be on those email templates that are being sent to my users.
6. User List/Emails - I need the ability to filter and extract emails from users depending on their service level, Free vs Paid. I need to extract the emails and place them into a marketing/newsletter service to send them regularly emails.
7. Folder Upload - I need my users to have the ability to upload folders. Right now its individual files. I need them to have the ability to upload folders as well.
So far thats the major important changes. I do have more minor ones that we can discuss later once the above has been worked out and completed.
Please be an expert in PHP and not a beginner. I need someone that knows what they are doing and someone that is available everyday to work on it. If you have any questions, please contact me. I'd be glad to help answer them so we can get this job going and completed.
