Put Old Blog Backups On New Domain- 3

I have a mysql database and backup files from an old blog I shut down a year ago. I want to move everything to a new blog on a new domain. Some of the old posts had images and tablepress tables setup, I am hoping to have everything up and working at the end of this job.
