Quality Checking Files Exported

I need a program that can calculate the number of files in subfolders, count and report the lines in text files, search and report the number of times a certain word is found. I need it to work on Windows 7 and Windows 10. I need a count of the number of Images (.tiffs or .pdfs) in the Images folder, the number of files by extension in the Natives folder, and a Count of the Text files in the Text Folder. Then I would like to count the number of Ys in the .opt file and the total number of lines (not always the same). There is usually a .DAT file that I would like to count, and if I could also get a report of the file headers. The file delimiters used are
