I need software or software package with a basic GUI, created that can notify me via email or pop up on the computer or even an app pop up (which ever is quicker to complete) when the price(s) of market(s) move a specified percentage within a specified time frame. These markets are on the internet, the site that is used to see the price is [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or any other you feel is useable
Example of how the program will be used.
E.g. notify me once bitcoin has increased by 10% within a 5 minute time frame.
This time frame could over write it self every 10 minutes or so. and scan price every 10 seconds.
So essentially read data from a website, notify me once conditions are satisfied.
A working software package will be payed generously with on going work possible.
