Subscription site in automotive industry

We are building a subscription service for users who want to sell their automobiles. Basically what we need is the following:
1) User would create an account on the site (this could be free or paid)
2) User would then select which car he has through a possible interface api to a third party , the api would allow the user to select the car he has so we can get a list of features on the car. 3) We would then let the user upload photos of the car as well as add additional information such as description
4) Finally the user would press the list button to list the car
5) At this point, the car info would be stored in a Database and an email would be sent to a specified person with the listing info. We would create a specific email for that autolisting when we post the advertisement.
6) Now when people responded to the car listing, they would respond via the email that we have shown in the ad. The owner of the car would have an INBOX which would show the responses. The user could then reply to users via the inbox.
7) This is the basic overview, the user can also change some items in the car listing, for example the car's price could be modified at a later date.
At the end of the day, the service is very similar to the service on freelancer.com but here instead of positing a job you need completed, you post a car that is for sale and potential buyers get back to you if they are interrested.
