Sync Listing inventory between ebay, etsy and our multivendor webiste

We have a multivendor website and we need a script made so all sellers can sync their each individual products with their selling ids on etsy, ebay and our platform. So three channels can sync inventory between each other. I have explained below what we require

1) Add channel (They should be able to name that channel) - The seller can add multiple ebay or etsy accounts if they have to sync the inventory with them.

2) Product and inventory setting: All products must show image also.

a) Autobuild: With this setting our website will import each item from that sales channel into the sync inventory to link the products.

b) Autolink: with this enables our website will link listing based on matching sku or some other criteria that we can talk about.

3) Stock master:

a) With stock master we can manage stock from our website eg. If we update quantity on our website it gets updated to each listing on all linked sales channels.

b) Apart from this a way to search the existing linked and unlinked ebay or etsy items and be able to link them with items in our website by searching which item we wish to link it with. We should be able to search via title or sku.

c) A link / unlink button in front of each listing. So when the click unlink it doesnt sync anymore and when they click link product it opens a dialogue where we cn search the item we wish to link it with .

d) Seller should be able to decide which sales channel will be stock master.

4) Sync options: these options can be shown on add sales channel page and in each listing also.

a) match quantity to the master sales channel or.

b) set maximum quantity to x number when its in stock.

c) Set quantity to x number even if its in stock or not.

d) If any item sells on any sales channel it should reduce quantity on all others.

e) If an item gets unsold on any sales channel but its still in stock on master it should be re-listed. We can show a disclaimer that it their respective sales channel might charge fee for relisting.

5) Filter and sort options

a) Fliter by linked and unlinked listings.

b) Sort by inventory, title, sku or price.

6) Each product must show these options outside: Image, title, quantity, price, linked / unlinked status, link / unlink button.

It will work in very similar way to stitchlabs syncing options. We just dont want its inventory management just pretty forward software.
