Update Phone Number on Wordpress website

Need a simple update to a Wordpress website where the phone number in header does not match phone number in footer. The telephone number in the footer is the correct number that needs to be in the header.
Not sure if this resides in the template itself, or if it is in the database. Quick searches have come up short...
Seeking someone that is good with PHP that can easily find this and document where it is as opposed to actually updating the live website - there is no dev environment.
