Updating and improve my current software -1

I want to update my current software,

i have 9 points,

i want to anyone do these points one by one,

and give me the price for every point,

when he finish one point, he will send the source code and i will release money for this point, after that he will go for next point, until finish all points,

only i release money for every point when the point finish 100% and i got the source code for software.

the points in attachment file, and you can see in below:

A. Make camera to catch plate number when the speed from 0 to 40

B. Increase accuracy of plate number to 95%

C. Make screen maximize to full screen or normal

D. Make password for database, also i want to make setting open through password

E. The square which you saw above should make it inside setting as dynamic length: xx cm

F. The square number 3 for Plate number, I need plate number is clear for this place

G. 4- The square number 4 it will be showing like this table

Here we can write the name of Company and logo

I. Inside setting I want to do 2 reports and I can print these report our make export to pdf file
