Video processing - tracking movement

Need a web or desktop application (osx would be ideal) to process any 720p or 1080p video and tracking movement on the video (like in this video [url removed, login to view]). Maximum 12 people on screen and one ball. So need to track the full video automatically and get the some information from it to see some specs of the players and the ball: distance, speed... Video would be a fix camera angle. So need someone with programming skills and really good math skills. We can discuss the project over skype in english.
