We want to make a platform to sell our goods to our reseller & retailers.
Our whole business currently runs on Whatsapp by sharing product's descriptions & pictures.
The orders are received on a seperate group other than the personal chat.
The platform needs to be used as a B2B as well as B2C for selling.
The website should be a username password protected where we will give the ID & Password to our customers.
Purpose of the platform will be to showcase the products as a catalouge. (Reference image attached)
from where the customer can directly add the product to there cart and submit there address for delivery.
This will also help us to show different rate to different customers of the same products.
We will require our platform to be integrated with our shipping partner (Shiprocket).
For completing the transaction we will need a payment gateway but a basic one like sharing payment details of our Google pay/Paytm account.
& Upi Integration.
The products which we list will also have there stock which we can update from the backend.
For communication and order updates we will need it to be integrated with a whatsapp account.
