Wordpress Checkout/delivery issue

We have an issue on the checkout page, the address tab doesn’t update the shipping cost. Every time you try to change your address in the checkout tab it doesn’t affect the shipping price. What we need is to refresh the shipping cost, with an ajax call, upon the response of the request to [login to view URL] This request is made inside the javascript file [login to view URL], which is on the project's root. This file is included in the theme's [login to view URL] file. Basically, the expected behavior is that when an address is selected from google maps suggestions, we check the cap (zip code) to decide if delivery if we offer express delivery on that cap (zip code). When this happens, we also need to fire the same behavior
This happens in the cart page as you can see in the attached image, we need the same to happen on the checkout page so that a customer is writing his address the autocompletion is active and his address is shown on the the google map, furthermore the shipping cost has to update in basis of the parameters that shown here below:
- Delivery in milan with the postal codes (cap/zip codes) (20121 20122 20123 20124 20129 20135 20136 20144 20145 20149 20155 20154 20159 20131)
- Flat rate for shipment in Italy 5,13€
- free shipping if the customer makes a purchase over 45€ (only for Italy since shipping cost is free for milan area)
