QUICK FIX need for side widgets

SEARCH

I want Google Custom Search widget in my sidebar NOT Search Site widget that works

Using CUSTOM TEXT Widget, the Google Custom Search shortcode is NOT working.

I tried shortcodes as follows;

[PW_ADD_GSEARCH]

and

[PW_ADD_GSEARCH_RESULTS]

The short code works on the SEARCH PAGE that I created

[url removed, login to view]

But it does NOT work in sidebar

So we know it works

There is something in sidebar that is blocking it.

Need a fix

SIDEBAR WIDTH TOO SMALL

RADIO PLAYER WIDGET (Custom Text Widget) looks bad. It has up and down scrolls indicating that code is 300 wide but sidebar is less. Clearly sidebar needs to be 300 wide. Sidebar on this theme is too thin.

Need fix
