Wordpress Site Repair for Mobile View

I have a wordpress site that is not coming up good when I view it on a mobile phone. I need someone to make adjustments to the two pages (Home and Submission Form page) so that site visitors can see the site well on a phone. Also, there is a letter "a" that appears at the top of the phone in the browser window, need to remove that. Need asap.
Issue 1: Crop logo slightly on home page so it fits in phone window.
Issue 2: Delete "a" button at top of home screen
Issue 3: Fix text and form on "artist submission" page
