Interactive Excel Workbook

Create an excel workbook for tracking customer calls and requests. Sheet should enable pickup of existing customer or creation of new. Attach description, set when opened date, staff member who opened, set status (open, call back, order required, closed), description, action taken, date close. Should be able to filter by customer, status, date. The rows should change color based on the status. Open=green, call back= blue, order required = orange, open more than 7 days = red, closed = purple. The sheet needs to be able to be accesed remotely, maybe by google docs, to be accesed while on the move via laptop or smartphone.
