Recruiting Django Dev to KUWAIT

We are a KUWAITI Company That is recruiting a permanent Django developer to relocate to *KUWAIT* .
The Project is a Django Oscar Ecommerce web application, which is up and running over AWS host Currently :
Skills and experience Required:
1-Frontend: HTML, XML, CSS [bootstrap] customization and fixing.
2-Backend: Well experienced in Django and Django Oscar customization and bug fixes.
3-Well experienced in MySQL.
4- Experienced in Ecommerce development.
5- Familiar with Gitpull process and its command lines over Bitbucket.
Plus points:
1- Android Java and Swift dev experience
experience is at least 7 years at least.
What is to be done?
1- Tackle and fix the bugs for the existing modules;
2- Be able to integrate the new designs if any;
3- Develop new given functionalities and module to reflect the best UI/UX;
4- Report and take requests from the IT and Project manager.
5- R&D what is the best for the existing solution and share the vision for what is optimal to the different Web/app solutions, like following the latest Standards as UX/UI and technologies.
