Scope of work
1. Propose tools, platform, database - this activity is not paid for and to be provided as part of the bid process
2. Create only 2 tables i,e Vendor (VendorId int, VendorName string, VendorCategory int) and Vendor Category (VendorCategory int, VendorCategoryName). Built a FK relationship between the 2 tables
3. Build 2 CRUD screens for the 2 tables where in the Vendor screen shall have dynamic drop down list for VendorCatergory
4. Build a Tab-style menu to navigate between the 2 screens
5. Demo and handover source codes
