I am looking to hire a few developers:

1) 2-3 Backend developers (specializing in python and experienced with the Django framework with some AWS experience)

2) 1-2 Frontend developers (Specializing in Javascript and experience with React) 3) 1-2 FullStack Developers that have experience with Django and React both.

4) 1 Project Manager with experience managing teams of developers.

I am also looking to hire a few people in the ecommerce field:

1) Someone familiar with WooCommerce Stores and providing customer support (emails + chat), familiarity with B2B sales expert
