The general idea of the project is as follows: I would like to collect certain files in the filings published in EDGAR, SEC database. The search engine of SEC allows one to search for a certain type of a filing for publicly company. However, what I am looking for is extract certain exhibits within these filings using a code, as firms attach these exhibits in different filings. I will provide more details if someone is interested and can write a code to implement the project. I am NOT looking for someone to collect these files manually.
