Install virtualbox on debian server and remote access

I have a linux server running debian (lenny x64)

I want the following:

1. Installation of [url removed, login to view] on this server

2. Prefer windows xp or whatever windows operating system is fastest for this setup to be installed with it.

3. I need everything installed setup so that you can give me step by step instructions how to conduct remote desktop access so I can run programs on it as I would my regular desktop PC.
