Create a VST virtual instrument.

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C or C++. If you don't know anything about VST programming or development or have never created a VST instrument previously than this isint the job for you. This synthasizer will be a mix between Harmor from immage line and and another leading synthesizer knows as serum. You as the programmer will need to have the ability to create a virtual wave machine and programmer for the synthasizer. Each wave will need to be visualized in X Y Z and the wave will need to be completly manipulateable. The synthasizer will also need to be able to upload .wav files and then display the wave files as X Y Z 3D waves in the same previously described programmer.
