Design a Question Answer system for university

So I need to built a Question Answering System for my university, I Crawled the university website as well as undergraduates and postgraduate courses (code is below)and put it all in MongoDB, after that I used Apache Solr as my basic search engine and indexed all the documents that were in my database. After that was done I built a Classifier (where there was a trained data and a test data) that would predict the answer type of the question, once that was built I made a very basic django interface and did my Query Formulation (which is basically when a user asks a question the query formulation will remove the stop-words and will take only the keywords and will also tell me what kind of answer the user wants). Those keywords then get passed to my Sol search engine and my search engines gives back all the related documents.

Now the part that I am stuck on is to do Answer Extraction where the user would get a direct precise answer rather than getting documents. As long as it gives the right answer back and that is related to my university then this part is mainly done.

I have attached my Crawler, and Django interface (QASystem..where the code is in interface -> [url removed, login to view]), I will also attach my classifier (with my train and test data)
