Need help exporting Executable Jar from Eclipse with References and Resources (Single File)

I am not a java expert and my knowledge of eclipse spans about 3 days so I need some help creating a usable, single file, executable file that can be used on a PC or Mac. My project includes some external libraries (PDFBox and miglayout) as well as a couple of images.
